Press release from the issuing company

Kettering: K-SOLUTION, a leading distributor of inkjet technology based in Tokyo, is presenting its latest innovations featuring Megnajet systems at the upcoming Label Forum Japan 2024, from 23rd to 25th October. As partners for more than a decade, K-SOLUTION both distributes and utilizes Megnajet’s fluid management systems, forming a significant part of its industrial inkjet services across Japan.

Since its inception in 2011, K-SOLUTION has established itself as a key player in the Japanese market, employing six dedicated specialists in Tokyo. Its focus spans diverse industries, including medical, automotive, electronics, wood coating, and traditional graphics printing.

For Label Forum Japan 2024, K-SOLUTION will debut its new roll-to-roll inkjet machine, equipped with six colors, including CMYK, white, and varnish. This innovative machine integrates advanced printheads from Epson, Ricoh and Xaar driven by Meteor Inkjet’s electronics and proprietary software developed by K-SOLUTION. The machine utilizes six Megnajet RackFit LFR units, offering dual-mode functionality for both recirculation and non-recirculation, making it ideal for the various printhead types and maintenance needs.

Yasushi Katsuta, founder of K-SOLUTION, said: “Our new roll-to-roll label machine exemplifies our commitment to innovation. Megnajet’s systems allow us to push the boundaries of what’s possible in industrial printing with their compact and reliable design. This machine is the first of its kind for us, and we’re excited to refine and enhance its capabilities for future shows.”

The partnership with Megnajet has enabled K-SOLUTION to cater to varied customer demands with flexible and robust fluid management solutions. “We have a longstanding relationship with the Megnajet team, which began over 15 years ago. We chose Megnajet because of its system’s compact design and compatibility with a wide range of printheads. Our customers benefit from the options of gravity, low flow rate and high flow (pressurized) systems, which accommodate single or multi-printhead applications. This flexibility meets nearly any industrial requirement, giving us a competitive edge in the market.”

The two companies take pride in working together and Mike Seal, General Manager at Megnajet, added; “K-SOLUTION’s expertise in industrial inkjet is well known and is driving the use of this developing technology across Japan. The teams’ flexibility and ability to innovate make them the ideal partner for us.

“We are delighted that visitors to Label Forum Japan 2024 will be able to see both K-SOLUTION’s latest machine and discover how Megnajet’s fluid management systems can empower the next generation of industrial inkjet applications, in labels and beyond.”
