The MLRE-45 smoothly navigates the twists and turns of transfer rollers with superior flexibility and balanced friction that offers robust grip on metal for secure item transfer and a delicate grip on idlers to reduce energy consumption.  Its specially engineered material mitigates ozone and temperature degradation, which can cause cracking over time. The belts are available in a wide range of sizes and highly customizable for a variety of applications. Enhancements can include uniform wear covers, splice- and seam-free covers for increased reliability, consistent friction covers, grip and slip prevention with non-glazing compounds, and metal sealing bands. Belts can also be modified with machined holes, slots, other groves, and custom shapes as well as back grinding. 
  • MEGASYNC™ Silver3 – The latest addition, MEGASYNC™ Silver3 synchronous belts offer up to a 20% higher power rating than the previous Silver2 version. Made with premium quality materials for superior strength, Silver3 is meticulously manufactured to offer superior torque capacity for improved performance. The higher power ratings can allow for more compact dimensional optimization and reduce total system costs.  With the RPC tooth profile, it’s also interchangeable with other high-torque timing belts on the market and compatible with a variety of sprockets.
