Press release from the issuing company
Lawrenceville, GA – September 2024: A year after announcing their new VK3220T-HS ultra-high production flatbed, Vanguard Digital Printing Systems has redefined productivity once again. At this year’s PRINTING United Expo, Vanguard proudly announced the Harpeth Print-To-Cut Workflow Solution and has been met with tremendous interest and eagerness for this new production solution.
The brand-new Harpeth automated print-to-cut system is a culmination of innovation, partnership, and a commitment to current and future customers. It combines the VK3220T-HS UV-LED flatbed printer from Vanguard with an in-line transport system partnered with the Vanguard edition of the Sharpcut digital cutter from Colex.
The Vanguard VK3220T-HS ultra-high production UV-LED flatbed offers a large bed size, up to three rows of industrial printheads for maximum productivity, an electromagnetic carriage drive system for speed and precise drop placement delivering exceptionally high print quality. The Colex Sharpcut automates print workflow and reduces costs associated with the finishing process of large format graphics and products. This union reduces cost and reduces media handling times, ensuring greater productivity.
“The partnership between Colex and Vanguard exemplifies what the future with us looks like,” commented Jim Peterson, COO and Founding Partner of Vanguard Digital. “Innovation is always at the forefront of success, and innovation inspired by customer needs and industry trends is our focus. That’s Vanguard innovation. Our collaboration with Colex to bring the industry the Harpeth is our commitment to improving systems and processes for print service providers. We’re going to grow your business with you, and we’ll always make sure our technology evolves to help you do that.”
In today’s competitive landscape, efficiency is the key to success in any print business, as well as with clients and brands. The dynamic and flexible Harpeth Print-to-Cut solution ensures your business is future-proof, and on the cutting edge of today’s technology.
