The family business enters the next generation

After 30 years of successful company management, Matthias Kluczinski, founder of eurolaser GmbH, officially handed over the management of the company at the anniversary exhibition in September.

The next generation is ready to take on responsibility. They can build on more than 30 years of experience to use this knowledge to forge new and unique paths. Laura Capone, who has been part of eurolaser for more than 10 years and has held various positions, is taking over as the new Chief Executive Officer of the company.

She will be supported by the new shareholders Kim Dittmer, Nic and Tommi Lee Kluczinski - the children of the company founder. In addition, Melanie Schreiner, who has also been with eurolaser for over 10 years, will take over the finance and controlling division within the management team as the new CFO.

Matthias Kluczinski will remain with the company in an advisory role as a shareholder and Chief Visionary Officer. This enables a smooth transition and ensures that his knowledge and experience will continue to be available. eurolaser is and will remain a genuine family business. ‘I am delighted that my children have already been part of the eurolaser family for several years and are now continuing this successful history together with me. The combination of decades of experience and fresh perspectives will lead eurolaser into a promising future,’ says Matthias Kluczinski.

eurolaser's own standards remain high. Laura Capone emphasises: ‘Our aim is to combine the proven strengths of eurolaser with new ideas. Every day, we are inspired by our customers and partners around the world to develop new solutions for material processing. On the other hand, we also want to inspire customers and interested parties to discover and try out new production methods. I am looking forward to this exciting new responsibility.’
