Enfocus, the leader in flexible, affordable automation software for the print industry, has announced the launch of its new 'Infigo Connect' app on the Enfocus AppStore. This innovative app facilitates seamless integration between Enfocus Switch and the Infigo eCommerce and Web2Print platform, revolutionizing how print service providers handle and process orders.

The Infigo Connect app enhances workflow automation by enabling users to receive orders through various methods, including webhooks and polling. Once an order is received, the app retrieves all relevant order information, such as the artwork file and job order specifications, making it readily available within the Switch workflow. This allows for smooth integration with other critical systems, such as MIS and ERP platforms.

Additionally, the app enables users to send status updates back to Infigo at every key stage of the process, including production, shipping, and invoicing, ensuring full visibility and traceability throughout the order lifecycle.
