Press release from the issuing company

The Graphic Communications Leadership Institute (GCLI) will hold their 3rd Quarter 2024 workshops September 10-12, 2024, in conjunction with the Printing United trade show in Las Vegas, Nevada.

GCLI members will have the opportunity to attend the Printing United show before or after their workshops, enabling them to get the most out of their trip to Las Vegas.  Workshop topics will focus on supervisory and managerial skills.  Members will work on case studies in group discussion, collectively attempting to solve problems and manage conflicts presented in each case.

The Graphic Communications Leadership Institute (GCLI), a comprehensive three-year program for rising industry professionals, consists of four quarterly workshops, each one focusing on core elements of business management and organizational leadership.  The group meets at various locations including leading industry manufacturers/suppliers and at some of the industry’s finest service providers.  Due to the program’s popularity, a Graduate level group was formed in 2024 to address the next level interests of GCLI graduates.

Now in its fourth year, GCLI was founded by Mike Philie (The Philie Group) and Joe Truncale (Alexander Joseph & Associates).  Successfully launched in 2021, the Institute continues to grow in size and impact as forward-looking organizations address the challenge of retaining talent by investing in the leadership development of their key people.

GCLI is a rigorous, cutting-edge leadership development program specifically designed to prepare the next generation of business leaders with a well-rounded foundation in leadership and managerial expertise while developing a valuable peer network.

GCLI admissions are on a rolling basis, allowing participants to enroll in time for the next session.
