NUR America Appoints ImPrint division of Ahearn & Soper as Canadian Distributor

San Antonio, TX; July 31, 2001 - NUR America, Inc. today announced the appointment of a new distributor, ImPrint, a division of Ahearn & Soper Inc. based in Toronto, Ontario, to sell and support its wide-format and superwide digital printing systems and consumables throughout Canada. The non-exclusive distributor agreement between the two companies went into effect on July 1, 2001. ImPrint, through its sales force in Canada, is now selling the full NUR Macroprinters product line including the NUR Salsa Ultima(TM), NUR Fresco(TM), and NUR Blueboard(TM) printers as well as NUR Media Solutions consumables. "Our partnership with Ahearn & Soper Inc.'s ImPrint Division will provide NUR's Canadian customers with better, more efficient service for spare parts, inks and technical services," says Rick Clarke, President of NUR America, Inc. "Inks, substrates and spare parts will be stocked locally which will allow some orders to arrive on the same day or overnight." Clarke adds, "We could not have found a more solid partner than the ImPrint Division of Ahearn & Soper, with its twelve years of experience distributing and supporting wide-format and superwide digital printing devices." ImPrint's technical service team will support NUR's current installed base along with new installations in Canada. NUR America Inc. is training the company's large technical service department.
