Are Quick Printers the Most Patient in the Industry?
Press release from the issuing company
According to Trendwatch, “dealing with inexperienced print buyers" is cited as a challenge by 19% of digital printers. However, only 8% of quick printers are challenged by inexperienced print buyers.
You'd think quick printers would have the greatest percentage of inexperienced print buyers as customers, yet, if they do, they seem to be the most nonplused by them. Do they have the patience of saints? Maybe, but in general, quick printers tend to get simpler jobs (because of their, equipment, staff, and customers' budgets), whereas among digital printers, we're seeing a higher-complexity jobs and new technologies work combine to make the customer-experience problem that much more challenging. As quick printers start to get more and more high-tech themselves, it seems likely this challenge will increase.
