Largest labor report in graphic communications is a critical asset in managing an essential workforce
[Dallas, TX] On behalf of its more than 3,500 print manufacturer members, Americas Printing Association Network (APAN) has announced its Wage + Benefits Survey is now open for submissions through July 26, 2024. Survey access may be found by going to portal.printindustries.org. The APAN Wage + Benefits Survey is the most comprehensive annual survey of labor costs and human resource policies of print-related companies. From top management to the shipping department, the Wage + Benefits Survey annually captures labor costs and human resource practices from 400 firms and 15,000 employees across North America.
“In today’s hyper-competitive labor market, timely access to up-to-date compensation trends is a critical factor in managing an essential workforce,” commented Teresa Campbell, program director and president of PIA MidAmerica. “Each year, Americas Printing Association Network conducts one of the most powerful surveys in the industry, giving our members a real competitive edge.”
The Wage + Benefits 2024 Survey captures wages for most industry positions in sixteen categories, segmented by region and company size. The survey captures policies for overtime, vacation, PTO, sick-time, health insurance, and includes job descriptions for more than 200 industry positions. The online portal supports participants with multiple locations and makes the previous year’s employment data submissions available automatically upon login, making the process quick and easy.
Survey participants receive access to the report at no cost, made possible by APAN and sponsor LB Carlson, a financial and business management consulting firm specializing in graphic communications. To participate in the survey, contact your APAN representative or access the survey at portal.printindustries.org. For questions, contact Teresa Campbell at 800-788-2040 or email [email protected].
