Press release from the issuing company
L to R – Arman Zhumagaliyev, the owner of Print Store, and Marcus Greenbrook of GEW, confirm the new agreement.
New partnership for sales, spares and service support in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan.
GEW has appointed Kazakhstan-based Print Store as its official distributor for Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan. With immediate effect, Print Store are responsible for all label, narrow web and sheetfed system sales, as well as all spare parts and service support across these countries.
Print Store has been active in the printing industry since 2011. Based in Almaty City, the company also has offices in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan and Tashkent, Uzbekistan. They also have several key partnerships already in place across the industry, including the likes of OMET, Xeikon, Lemorau, Apex, 3M, Gallus, Rotometal, Ricoh, Epson, Fujifilm, and many more.
Arman Zhumagaliyev, the owner of Print Store, explains his company’s strengths and what he believes Print Store will bring as a GEW distributor: “We are a growing Central Asian company with a presence across the region. Throughout our time in these markets we have developed a unique experience of cooperation with offset, digital and flexo printers in all types of prepress, printing and finishing equipment, as well as consumables and services. We are a team of different nationalities, different experience, different ages, but invariably each of us is pulling in the same direction. We like to open new markets, new clients and new partners. This is our strength.”
Zhumagaliyev expresses his excitement at the potential for growth in the region: “GEW has many customers in Central Asia, but we believe there’s potential for much growth. We also believe we can help GEW’s current customers by offering on-the-ground service support through our qualified engineering team. We can offer a more timely supply of spare parts to the region by stocking locally, meaning parts will not have to be shipped from the UK every time. Our task is to make life easier for GEW’s customers in the region.
“As our business progresses, it is our job is to know every customer, individually. Each of them should know that if they have any problems, they have someone to turn to in Almaty, Tashkent and Bishkek to get professional, fast, high-quality and affordable help. We see our significant advantage in that we are a local company that understands the language, mentality and situation of each client. Our clients want the best price, fast response, professional service, a warehouse full of spare parts and materials, the ability to contact us at all times, and much more. We believe that we are able to give our customers everything they expect, and more.”
Marcus Greenbrook, GEW’s International Sales Director, comments on the new partnership: “Arman and his team have impressed me from our very first meeting. They have a strong reputation in the industry and represent many major printing brands. We know that they will offer our customers a more efficient service and spares support system, and we believe in their ability to generate new business across the label, narrow web and sheetfed offset markets.”
