Kao Collins Offers New Functions to Extend Universal Controller For Increased Productivity

CINCINNATI, OH – Kao Collins Inc., a leading provider of innovative printing solutions, announced upgrades to its Universal Controller. Notably, the controller allows a single 9.3” X-BAR print module to print two 4.65” channels independently, marking a significant advancement in printing efficiency for high-speed industrial printing. Other functions include 180 o image rotation on the fly, voltage changes and dithering on the fly, and an ink estimate calculator.

The Universal Controller, compatible with various industrial inkjet print heads, is designed to streamline printing operations by eliminating the need for multiple controllers dedicated to different print head types.

Coming soon will also be the Universal Controller paired with a new print module capable of printing 600 x 600 dpi with longer throw distance for other industrial printing applications.
