Moore Names Mark Peterson President Business Communications Solutions

TORONTO & STAMFORD, Conn.--June 21, 2001--Robert G. Burton, President and Chief Executive Officer of Moore Corporation Limited announced today the appointment of Mark Peterson as President of the corporation's Business Communication Solutions (BCS), a division of Moore's Integrated Business Solutions Group. Mr. Peterson will report directly to Mr. Burton.
In regard to this appointment, Mr. Burton stated:
"Our outsourcing group is intensely focused on delivering print, digital and electronic solutions that will help our customers acquire and retain new customers. We have aggressively invested in this business and have expanded our product and service offerings to ensure our ability to meet our customers' communication needs. Mark has an intimate understanding of his respective markets as well as the direction we are driving Moore. He understands that our customers are looking for creative and high-return personalized and customized communication solutions that will allow BCS to connect directly with their clients.''
Mr. Peterson stated:

The business communications division of Moore has tremendous potential to grow and deliver improved results for our investors and customers. Mr. Burton concluded:

In the immediate future, he will synthesize our current capabilities and look toward our expanding future in business communications.''
Prior to joining Moore, Mr. Peterson was with Wallace's commercial print division. He brings more than 20 years of experience in print and print management. He has held several senior positions in sales and operations management. Just prior to assuming his new role as President, Mr. Peterson was Senior Vice President for IBSG's business communication services group with responsibilities for U.S. and Canadian operations as well as business development. He received his bachelor's degree in Business from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona.
