After Audit Delay, Xerox Files Year 2000 10-K

STAMFORD, Conn -June 7, 2001--Xerox Corporation (NYSE:XRX - news) today is filing its Annual Report on Form 10-K for 2000 with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The filing follows the company's announcement last week that its auditors, KPMG LLP, have certified Xerox's financial statements for the three years ended Dec. 31, 2000. The 10-K includes the same audited financial statements filed on May 31 in the company's 8-K as well as management's discussion and analysis of results and other materials required for the comprehensive annual report.
