This year, the full-day complimentary event will be hosted under the theme, “Engage with Innovation” to highlight the trends, current strategies and emerging technologies that are driving new growth opportunities and the delivery of an exceptional customer experience.
Mark Petosky, chief revenue officer for Crawford Technologies, will welcome attendees to the conference, setting the direction for the day. Petosky will be followed by a keynote address from Ernie Crawford, president and CEO of Crawford Technologies. Crawford will discuss how the latest innovations in customer communications are solving challenges organizations are facing today, his vision for the future of processing customer communications and the innovative solutions the company is developing to support them.
