The three-day event brought together franchise members and support teams from the entire organization for educational sessions and panel discussions. The gathering kicked off on Wednesday, February 28 with breakout sessions centered around sales, hiring, leadership, and more. In addition, the convention featured a day-long trade show that provided attendees with the opportunity to connect with Supplier Partners, see new technologies, and learn about business-building products and services.

For the 2024 gathering, the company committed to supporting Youth In Need, a non-profit child and family services agency dedicated to building positive futures for vulnerable children, teens, and families in St. Louis.
