(Menlo Park, CA - May 29, 2001) - iPrint Enterprise Systems Group, an operating division of iPrint Technologies, inc. (NASDAQ: IPRT), the leading online printing technology and infrastructure provider, today announced that it has launched a branded online print shop for PeopleSoft, Inc. (NASDAQ: PSFT). The PeopleSoft e-Print Center will provide more than 8,000 PeopleSoft employees access to PeopleSoft-branded business cards and stationery items. Terms of the two-year agreement were not disclosed. "We're excited about iPrint's technology and what it will do for us in time and cost savings associated with our business card and stationery printing," said Sandy Biagi, Print Production Manager for PeopleSoft, Inc. "We just announced the integration of iPrint's technology with our PeopleSoft 8 eProcurement application, allowing our customers to reap the benefits of e-printing. Now, PeopleSoft employees will enjoy similar benefits." PeopleSoft employees will obtain branded, custom-printed materials directly from their computers by linking to iPrint's e-Print Center to design, proof and order their printed item. PeopleSoft's logos, taglines, and office location data will be locked into templates to ensure consistency and streamline the ordering process for PeopleSoft employees. "PeopleSoft is a Fortune 1000 company that's way ahead of the curve in terms of IT innovations," stated Tom Haley, Vice President, Enterprise Systems Group for iPrint Technologies. "We're ecstatic that our e-Print Center will help PeopleSoft's efforts to use technology to cut the cost of internal commercial printing while at the same time dramatically improving the printing process." iPrint's e-Print Center is designed for companies that want to streamline the process for personalizing, ordering, and printing corporate stationery and business products. The e-Print Center, which is accessed via a link from the companies' Intranets, is customized for each participant. The system also enables distributed ordering for companies with offices in multiple locations. Printing is done through iPrint's extensive network of commercial printing partners or via direct output to existing vendors.
