Lift ERP Help Center Becomes Highly Coveted Feature with R10.8

Press release from the issuing company

Rochester, NY - Release R10.8 offers users a new experience in our remarkable, one-of-a-kind Customer Help Desk. The LiftERP Help Center has always been very easy to access and use, and with input and suggestions from Lift Software users, it has been enhanced to become the most user-focused help center available in today’s market.

The main feature of the Help Center, the ticket management screen, has been thoughtfully reimagined to give users important information the way they want to see it. Some of these modifications include:

Brand New Resource Library
From the ticket management screen, users will be able to access “Articles and Videos” with a click of a button.

All Lift ERP resources have been placed into this library, including tip and tricks videos, past webinars, and release notes.

Users will be able to utilize a search bar to look up specific help videos and articles.

Past, Present and Future Release Review
Users will be able to view past and present tickets, with associated release notes and dates.

Present tickets will also feature future release notes and anticipated release dates.

Popular future update release features will be published and viewable by all users.

Ticket Communication and Update Functionality

Users can make service requests, raise tickets, track answers and ticket status, and make modifications all without leaving the management screen.

Users can click directly into tickets and upload photos or videos, and update severity from inside the ticket.

Messaging and notifications can be easily sent back and forth between users and the Lift Support team within the ticket.

A printshop can be a complex environment, but with the right ERP, those complexities can be easily managed and controlled. Matt Loede, Director of Software & Development – Sales – Durst North America, stated, “At Durst, we truly understand and value how critical automation and streamlining is within a print business, and software updates like these are proof of our commitment to support our customers' efforts in today's environment. We are excited and proud to continue to implement new versions of Lift Software driven by user feedback with specific features to make Print Service Providers' lives easier, and their businesses more profitable.”

Lift Software has always prioritized their customers’ needs, ensuring an ERP software that pivots with the changing demands of the print industry. This commitment to continuous improvement, and the strong relationship between Lift Software and their customers, guarantees that LiftERP will continue to be the best choice for print shops.
