Pulse Kicks Off 2024 with New Polish Factory Investment

Press release from the issuing company

UK ink specialist expands international presence with manufacturing facility in Pozna?

Narrow web printing ink specialist Pulse Roll Label Products (Pulse) is expanding its European presence with the opening of an additional factory in Pozna?, Poland.

Taking over the facility from a long-term production partner, the new Pulse Polska plant is a 1,200m2 factory that will serve not only customers throughout Poland but also print service providers in regions across wider central and eastern Europe.

“The launch of Pulse Polska is the next step in our strategic plan for growth, and I’m delighted that we’re kicking off 2024 in such exciting fashion,” said Gary Seward, Managing Director of Pulse. “Following a hugely successful year that has seen the introduction of our innovative dual cure UV LED ink range, PureTone® DC, and the industry embracing use of our revolutionary Monolox® Fixed Anilox Printing system, we’re now expanding our European footprint and looking forward to an even more successful 2024.”

After more than two decades of successful UK-based operation, Pulse has taken over the facility in the village of Bogucin, in the county of Pozna?, from Reprograf Grafikus. “Here at Pulse, we’re all about pushing boundaries and breaking with conformity,” said Gary. “As the label market becomes increasingly competitive, it becomes more important for businesses to seek out solutions that set them apart. Innovations like our Monolox Fixed Anilox Printing and PureTone DC dual cure ink help printers improve the bottom line and increase capacity by unlocking new efficiencies, standardising production and maximising capacity,” said Gary.

“Our team of experts at the new Pozna? facility is committed to delivering the finest quality inks, as we continue to develop innovative solutions for today’s worldwide printing industry,” he said. “Pulse Polska specialises in manufacturing inks and varnishes and will add the complete Pulse product range to its inventory, increasing availability and speed of delivery across the region. In addition, these new manufacturing and distribution capabilities will help us expand our international presence as part of our planned programme of expansion, with new territories bringing significant new opportunities for growth.

“With Pulse Polska, customers across Europe can expect the exact same level of quality, customer service and technical support on which we have built our reputation – and that all Pulse customers have come to expect as standard,” said Gary.
