Secur-Serv is a managed services provider with more than 3,000 field service technicians available to provide onsite service and support to Contex large format scanner customers. The Omaha, NE-based company, a division of Scantron Corporation, serves OEMs, financial institutions, retail, wholesale distribution, manufacturing, and other vertical market firms throughout the US.

New Contex customers can buy onsite service agreements at the time of purchase or up to two years after. Onsite service agreements are also available to customers who’ve purchased a scanner within the past two years.
