The site offers general company information including news and also provides detailed explanations of the markets they serve. The company will expand their site and introduce a customer extranet in the near future. The site was developed from input by Que-Net Media customers. Earlier this year, they conducted a Web survey to learn which on-line services and tools customers wanted. According to a statement on the site, "In the months ahead, we roll out our customer extranet, giving you value-added services and tools." Que-Net Media, a member of the Quebecor World Group, provides pre-media, technology solutions and digital information management to catalogers, retailers and publishers. Products and services are offered for both print and Web media. Services include creative, digital and conventional photography, complete traditional publishing and content management. Que-Net Media has 16 locations in North America. They are digitally linked to Quebecor World, the largest commercial print media company in the world, operating more than 160 printing related facilities in 16 countries.
