Duplo USA Set to Showcase B2 Finishing Solutions at PRINTING United 2023

Santa Ana, Calif.: Duplo USA Corporation, the leading provider of innovative print finishing solutions, will be showcasing its cutting-edge solutions at PRINTING United in Atlanta next month. B2 PRODUCT SHOWCASE

DC-746 B2 Slitter/Cutter/Creaser
The DC-746 B2 Slitter/Cutter/Creaser processes and finishes output from B2 digital devices. Integrating the DSF-20K B2 Feeder and DC-20000 B2 Cutter with the all-in-one DC-746 Slitter/Cutter/Creaser, the DC-746 B2 carries over the capability to turnaround multiple-up jobs with better accuracy and efficiency. Turn flat sheets with oversized applications into finished pieces that are slit, cut, creased, scored, and perforated in a single pass.

DSM-1000 B2 Platen Die Cutter
The DSM-1000 B2 Platen Die Cutter produces packaging, POP displays, and pocket folders with incredible precision. It features a user-friendly PC-based operation and performs shape cutting, matrix creasing, perforating, and kiss cutting.

DPC-600 Digital Die Cutter
The DocuCutter DPC-600 Digital Die Cutter produces custom boxes and pocket folders in shorter runs. With a number of tools available, the DPC-600 is designed to process a variety of substrates such as corrugated plastic, foam core, and chipboards up to 6 mm in thickness and up to 23” x 31” in size.

NEW! DPC-600 PKG Digital Die Cutter
Same capabilities as the DPC-600 model, the DPC-600 PKG will be on display demonstrating automated feeding and delivery of corrugated boards.

DPC-2024 Digital Die Cutter
The DocuCutter DPC-2024 Digital Die Cutter combines its capacity to support oversize B2 sheets with 24” vinyl cutting technology. It comes included with a cutting knife and scoring pen to process printed output in addition to a vinyl cutting knife for finishing decals.

DDC-810 Raised Spot UV Coater
The DDC-810 Raised Spot UV Coater produces premium packaging, business cards, and marketing campaigns on demand. A highly viable digital solution, the DDC-810 utilizes 600x600 inkjet technology, UV lamp curing and camera image registration to deliver production output with texture and depth that customers can touch and feel without the use of screens and dies.

DFL-700 Foil/Laminator
The DFL-700 Foil/Laminator adds value to digitally-printed output on a budget. Ideal for short runs and variable data jobs, the DFL-700 can be used to apply toner or polymer-based foil as well as single-sided lamination for an enhanced finish. It brings the capability to foil on both coated and uncoated paper, process longer sheet sizes up to 26″, and comes equipped with features designed to reduce production time.

NEW! DC-648 Slitter/Cutter/Creaser with Up Crease Module
The DC-648 Slitter/Cutter/Creaser offers automated precision finishing for in-plants and commercial printers with short to mid-volume runs. With its ability to slit/cut/crease and perforate digital print applications up to 400 gsm in one pass, the DC-648 improves efficiency and turnaround times. The recently-released Up Crease Module will be demonstrated, performing up and down creasing simultaneously in one pass.

The DC-618 Slitter/Cutter/Creaser and DC-516 Pro Multi-Finisher will also be on the show floor.

NEW! DC In-Line Folder with DC-648 and DC-618 Slitter/Cutter/Creasers
The DC-648 and DC-618 will be on exhibit in-line with the new DC Folder. This configuration allows print providers to remove the bottleneck in their finishing process by providing a single solution for folding applications, from brochures to greeting cards. In addition, they can bypass the folder when running business cards without having to disconnect the fold unit. With the power of the knife folder, they can take their production capabilities to new heights.

UD-310 Rotary Die Cutter
The high-speed UD-310 Rotary Die Cutter delivers print marketing applications in distinctive shapes and sizes. Processing up to 4,000 sheets per hour, the UD-310 utilizes a magnetic cylinder and interchangeable flexible dies that affix to it to process paper, laminates, adhesives and synthetic stocks.

NEW! DPC-400 Digital Die Cutter with Roll Fed Module
Ideal for short run jobs, the DocuCutter DPC-400 Digital Die Cutter can be utilized to cut intricate shapes, kiss cut stickers, and score fold lines on boxes and folded pieces. This year, the DPC-400 will be showcased with the new Roll Fed Module to produce custom stickers.

iSaddle 5.0
The iSaddle 5.0 is Duplo’s next generation saddle stitcher combining intelligent feeding and collating with high performance scoring, plough folding, and stitching. No need to fold signatures separately. Unlock the capability to produce a broader range of applications including stepped, letter landscape and long cover booklets with minimal downtime.

NEW! 700i Pro Digital Booklet System
The 700i Pro Digital Booklet System integrates the new DBM-700/T Bookletmaker and Trimmer with the high-speed DSF-600 Sheet Feeder for high production bookletmaking. Duplo’s latest solution brings print providers the power to produce 4-stitch booklets using just 2 stitch heads, square spine and three-knife trimming options along with the capability to produce 50-sheet booklets. The 350i Digital Booklet System will also be on exhibit.

DB-290 Perfect Binder
Ideal for shorter runs, the single-clamp DB-290 Perfect Binder binds book blocks with soft covers up to 360 cycles per hour. It applies hot-melt EVA glue to the spine and sides, and also performs tape binding and padding. See books bound on the DB-290 then finished on the HC-680i Guillotine Cutter.

Also on the floor will be the DF-1300L Folder, CC-229 Card Cutter, UP-240 Paper Bander, and UJ-600AS Air Jogger along with some technology demonstrations.
