Global Graphics Software Appoints Lawrence Geere as OEM Sales Manager, EMEA

Cambridge, UK: Global Graphics Software, a Hybrid Software Group company and leading developer of intelligent software components and Digital Front Ends (DFEs) for manufacturers of digital printers, has appointed Lawrence Geere as OEM Sales Manager, EMEA. Lawrence will work closely with the company’s OEM customers to enable them to maximize the potential of the rapidly evolving digital inkjet market. Lawrence brings a wealth of experience to the role, having worked for leading companies in the printing industry for over 30 years.

Lawrence began his career in the printing industry with Scitex and has worked for Creo and Kodak in product marketing and sales, working closely with industry leaders such as Canon, HP, Konica Minolta, Ricoh and Xerox Corporation. For the last twelve years Lawrence has worked for HP, firstly with HP Indigo as a service segment manager for the EMEA region where he focused on growing services revenue and customer experience for HP Indigo labels and packaging customers, and secondly as a strategic account manager for the EMEA region where he was responsible for HP’s largest global accounts in the labels and packaging industry.

Lawrence comments: “I am excited to join Global Graphics Software at a time when its AI-enabled Digital Front End, SmartDFE™, is gaining momentum. Hybrid Software Group is a major player in the workflow software market and I’m looking forward to being part of the company’s growth. The role and company are a perfect fit for me.”

Lawrence reports to Justin Bailey, managing director at Global Graphics Software, who added: “We are delighted to welcome Lawrence to the team. With his blend of technical and commercial background, he is the ideal person to help our OEM customers and prospects navigate the challenges they will face as the digital inkjet market expands into smart factories, where printing of variable data content at high speed has become increasingly important.”
