R.R. Donnelley Financial Names Scott Sinclair VP, Sales for the New York Region

CHICAGO, May 7, 2001 - R.R. Donnelley Financial, the worldwide financial printer and customized communications solutions company, has named Scott Sinclair vice president of sales for the New York region. He will be responsible for the development of capital markets sales, providing New York's securities law firms, corporations and investment banks access to the world-class financial printing and communications technologies they require for IPOs, secondary and M&A business tender offers and secondary offerings.
Sinclair has been in the financial printing industry for more than nine years. Most recently he was a founding member of FinancialPrinter.com, a Web-based financial printing service company, that utilized the Internet to offer an alternative financial printing solution to the legal, banking and corporate community. While there, Sinclair was responsible for both corporate development and internal training.
Prior to FinancialPrinter.com, Sinclair spent eight years in sales and business development at a leading financial printer, serving as vice president of business development for the eastern region.

Sinclair earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration from the State University of New York, in Albany. He currently resides in New York City.
