Aetna Selects Noosh for Ariba Integration

Palo Alto, Ca. - May 1, 2001 - Noosh, Inc. (www.noosh.com), a leading provider of collaborative online solutions for enterprise communications, today announced that it is has been selected by Aetna, Inc., (NYSE: AET)(www.aetna.com) as one of the company's first Ariba PunchOut enabled vendors. Aetna is a leading provider of health, dental, and group insurance coverage to over 30 million Americans. Ariba, Inc., is the leading business-to-business (B2B) eCommerce platform and network solutions provider. Noosh has been selected by Aetna to participate in an end-to-end eProcurement solution based on the implementation of the Ariba B2B Commerce Platform, which provides a single, Internet-based point of access and integration with buyers and marketplaces worldwide. Noosh, as an Ariba supplier became Ariba Ready certified in October, 2000. Ariba Ready is Ariba's initiative for communicating the integration capabilities of suppliers and other trading partners accessing the Ariba Commerce Services Network (Ariba CSN). The integrated system includes electronic quoting, requisitioning and purchase order approval, transaction management, invoicing and payment.
