Transformations Showcases Strategies for Increasing Efficiency at DSF ‘23

Press release from the issuing company

Brentwood, TN — www.uluro.com: Transformations, Inc., a software solutions company and developer of the comprehensive customer communications management (CCM) platform, Uluro, announced the company will be speaking and exhibiting at Document Strategy Forum (DSF ’23) being held May 22-24 at the Le Méridien hotel in Charlotte, North Carolina.

In Booth #310, the Transformations team will demonstrate the capabilities of the Uluro platform, which allows companies to build automated, secure workflows to control every aspect of CCM, including the creation, production, delivery and tracking of communications across all channels. Additionally, Transformations will share with visitors to the booth its breakthrough secure digital delivery solution, Smart Delivery, which addresses industry-critical regulatory issues while enabling businesses to satisfy both consumer demand for seamless interaction and their obligation to data security. Smart Delivery was specifically designed for organizations in industries such as insurance, financial services and healthcare to safely email data-sensitive, compliant communications while providing a variety of additional security measures, including exclusive delivery to the intended recipient, proof of access and a built-in, real-time audit trail.

For those looking for an easy-to-implement payment solution, Transformations will also demonstrate Uluro uPayments, a standalone solution that integrates with a company’s own CCM software to add EBPP, eBill, EIPP or payment processing.

Transformations is sharing Booth #310 with its strategic partner, Ironsides Technology, a leading provider of automated production tracking and business intelligence for the printing, mailing, fulfillment and packaging industries. There are many synergies between Uluro and Ironsides Automation Production Tracking (APT) that, when combined, allow customers to achieve a real-time window into their distribution processes. Together, Transformations and Ironsides will demonstrate the seamless integration of the Ironsides Nor’Star APT module with the Uluro CCM platform to provide real-time, piece-level production information directly into the robust Uluro database and dashboarding system. This integration provides enterprises and print service providers the ability to track, report and analyze individual pieces in the document distribution workflow to ensure customer communications are fully compliant with all industry rules, regulations and customer requirements.

On Tuesday, May 23 from 10:00 a.m. - 10:50 a.m. ET, Ryan Semanchik, president of Transformations, and Skeet Spillane, Uluro’s chief information security consultant, will present “Technology, Processes and a Plan: The Keys to Closing Security Gaps.” During this session, Semanchik and Spillane will outline how to assess gaps in security, use the right processes to thwart complex and sophisticated attacks and develop a risk mitigation plan for improvement.
