FORT WORTH, TX – Just Right Products, the wholly owned subsidiary of ADM Endeavors, is pleased to announce a completed asset purchase from Innovative Impressions of Fort Worth, Texas on May 1, 2023. The purchase includes eighty-five heads of embroidery, inventory, and customers. The asset purchase should bring new sales of $1 - 1.5 million directly related to this purchase over the next 12 months.

We also engaged Fred Breese, the owner of Innovative Impressions, to a two-year consulting agreement with a commission component to ensure there is a smooth transition for our newly acquired customer base. More details can be found on our 8K filing.
