MCS to Showcase Industry-Leading Solutions for Marketing at Open House Event in the month of June 2023

Gaithersburg, MD - MCS, a leading provider of mail solutions, will be hosting an open house event the month of June 2023 to showcase its latest innovations in manufacturing mail. The event will feature demonstrations of MCS's top solutions for:

• Advertising mail markets
• 1st class transactional mail
• Vote by mail
• HITRUST applications
• 2023 USPS Emerging Technology discounts

The solutions on display at the event will include:

• inkjet addressing
• inkjet page printing
• high-speed inserters
• ultra-high-speed inserters
• high-speed card attaching
• new data reporting capabilities

These solutions are designed to provide customers with greater efficiency and accuracy in their mail production process.

For the last 8 years MCS has held its open house in June to demonstrate the latest technology in mail manufacturing creatively and efficiently. MCS has used the event to listen to the needs of their clients while providing a great opportunity for peers around the country to meet and share ideas. Most of the largest independent mail manufacturers in the country participate in the event.

MCS's inkjet addressing solutions will be available in both black and white and process color and can be used as standalone devices or as part of inserters match mailing.

The inkjet page printing solutions will also be available in black and white or process color and can be used for both cut sheet and web printing. The same technology can be integrated into offset and flexo web presses.

High-speed inserters will be able to process 8,000 to 11,000 (12k cycle speed) envelopes per hour net, while ultra-high-speed inserters can process up to 18,000 (up to 26k cycle speed) envelopes per hour net with optional black and white or process color inkjet matching.

MCS's high-speed card attaching solutions will be able to attach cards at a rate of up to 22,000 per hour and can match and read and print cards. The plow fold option is also available.

The new data reporting feature on all machines will enable 100% mailings and envelope imaging capture, making it ideal for HITRUST applications and vote by mail.
