Nutter has joined the Company in the newly created position of Vice President of Business Development, effective immediately. Nutter, who has lengthy experience and an excellent track record in developing strategic business relationships in the document management industry, reports directly to Jerry L. Bucher, Senior Vice President Strategic Development. Nutter, 44, will be focusing on creating and developing new Marketing Representative, or "limited representative partner," relationships that will be structured differently than the traditional VAR/dealer relationships the Company enjoys with its main partners such as Unisys and Xerox, said Lori R. Frank, INSCI President and CEO. "Greg has an extensive understanding of our market and managing business partner relationships in general and he is a great addition to our team," Frank commented.
