Graphic Communications Leadership Institute Visits Wisconsin-Based Nosco

The Graphic Communications Leadership Institute (GCLI) held their September 2022 workshop at host company Nosco, an industry leader based in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. Nosco is a fast-growing, employee-owned company specializing in custom packaging solutions for the health care industry.

GCLI members toured the world-class Nosco facility, featuring packaging design, structural engineering, optimized production flow, new capital equipment and various print technologies. The group was treated to presentations from Nosco executives on their processes, their commitment to employee engagement, their tactics for training and development and their approach to customer success. Afternoon workshops focused on supervisory and management skill development.

The next GCLI quarterly workshop will be held December 8 & 9 at Think Patented in Dayton, Ohio.
