May 18, 2001 – MAN Roland has appointed Daniel N. Ross the District Sales Manager – Southern Region with sales responsibility for MAN Roland’s full line of sheetfed presses and Wohlenberg and Sugano cutters in Georgia, Alabama and Mississippi. Ross has more that 14 years’ experience as a buyer and user of printing equipment and in printing company management. He comes to MAN Roland after having sold his own 35-employee, $5 million-in-annual-sales sheetfed commercial printing company, Ross Printing Service of Atlanta. “Having run my own printing company, customers will know I have been on their side of the desk when buying equipment and that I have a unique perspective to offer,” said Ross. “I am looking forward to helping my customers take their businesses in the directions they want to go – not just selling, but using my experience to help them make the right equipment decisions tailored to their individual businesses.” Ross is based at MAN Roland’s Southern Region office in Atlanta and can be reached at 770 452-1181.
