Fairfax, Virginia — PRINTING United Alliance, the most comprehensive member-based printing and graphic arts association in the U.S., today announces the recipients of its second annual Premier PRINT Awards program. With 71 categories, the renowned international competition honors excellence in printed products spanning different segments and processes across the industry. The comprehensive list of the 63 Best of Category, Printed Product of the Year, and Best of Show award winners can be viewed now in the official Premier PRINT Awards website gallery at premierprint.printing.org.
People’s Choice Award Voting at PRINTING United Expo
To select the winners among many outstanding submissions, PRINTING United Alliance appoints a panel of independent industry judges based on their experience, expertise, and technical skills. The winning entries will be displayed at the upcoming PRINTING United Expo (Oct. 19-21, Las Vegas) at booth C4946, where attendees can vote for the “People’s Choice” award, which will be named on Oct. 20.
“This year’s Premier PRINT Awards judges had a difficult time narrowing the awards to 63 winners among all of the impressive submissions,” says Dawn Nye, Program Manager, PRINTING United Alliance. “Each piece was innovative and of the highest quality. We thank those who participated and encourage the industry to view the special awards gallery to see all the wonderful entries.”
Established in 2021, the Premier PRINT Awards represents the printing industry’s most advanced awards program as it comprises the former SGIA Golden Image Award, Printing Impressions’ Gold Ink Award, Packaging Impressions’ Excellence Award, and Printing Industries of America’s Benny Award.
As a result, the Premier PRINT Awards celebrates the best of the best in all areas of print production, including screen, offset, digital, wide-format, flexographic, and gravure. The Tom Frecska Student Printing Competition Category is also open to any high school, adult education, vocational, college student, or student group involved in creating or producing print communications.
In addition to being showcased at the Expo, the winning pieces are featured in a full-color booklet that is mailed with the PRINTING United Journal to thousands of member companies worldwide.
