Chicago, IL 4/12/01Que-Net MediaTM, a member of the Quebecor World Group, launched the Remote Image Center at the Quebecor World Annual General Meeting on April 4, 2001. The Remote Image Center offers photography and pre-media services in a customized 32-foot vehicle.
Engineered for catalog, retail and commercial clients, the Remote Image Center brings the studio and comprehensive pre-media services to the client’s door. Optimizing convenience and efficiency, the Remote Image Center is equipped to provide conventional and digital photography services, including tabletop, 3-D and immersive imaging, such as iPIX. It also delivers services, such as color management, color proofing and CD-ROM digital archiving.

Immediately following the Quebecor World Annual General Meeting, the Remote Image Center relocated to Canadian Tire in Laval, Quebec, for its first remote assignment.
Serving the “Golden Horseshoe” area of Ontario, the Remote Image Center delivers printing, publishing and Web-based pre-media solutions to Que-Net MediaTM and Quebecor World client locations. Minimizing production and processing time, the Center increases a product’s speed to market.
