The 20 x 20" sheet capacity of the Insignia 6H model increases CE's business card production capacity with the ability to maximize the sheet imposition and die-cutting of multiple business cards per sheet. The large format sheet size expands our in-house finishing capabilities.

CE chose Rollem’s StackMaster over other delivery options due to its unique capabilities. The stripped-out products, such as business cards, are delivered into the vertically receding cassette stacker capable of accepting products up to 24”/61cm deep. The removable cassette is easily offloaded for minimal downtime and increased production. The Insignia system positions CE for growth within the industry and with their current customer base.

The versatile Insignia Die-Cutter Series has expanded to include four size models starting at 20x15", 20x20", 30x24" and the X3 24x24" which handles up to 30 pt. thicknesses. The system is proudly manufactured in the United States with sales, service, and training support provided directly by Rollem's technicians.
