Quad Added to Membership of U.S. Small-Cap Russell 2000 Index

SUSSEX, WI — Quad/Graphics, Inc. (“Quad” or the “Company”), a global marketing experience company, today announced that it has been added as a member of the U.S. small-cap Russell 2000® Index pertaining to the 2022 Russell indexes reconstitution, effective June 27, 2022. The Company’s membership in the Russell 2000® Index, which remains in place for one year, is based on membership in the broad-market Russell 3000® Index. The stock also was automatically added to the appropriate growth and value indexes.
