Mailtropolis Chooses Quadient Impress to Automate Transactional Mail Capabilities

Press release from the issuing company

Milford, CT – Quadient, a leader in helping businesses create meaningful customer connections through digital and physical channels, announces that Mailtropolis, a best-in-class, high-security document fulfillment mail service provider (MSP), has chosen Quadient Impress to expand its transactional mail capabilities. Quadient Impress is a user-friendly, cloud-based SaaS solution that automates the customer communication workflow for small and medium businesses (SMBs). The robust solution provides the flexibility to prepare and send single or batch transactional documents to customers through any combination of channels—print or digital. Mailtropolis also selected a Quadient DS-600i folder inserter along with its Automated Insertion Management System (AIMS).

Mailtropolis chose Quadient Impress for its ability to fully automate its document preparation and distribution processes, provide detailed tracking and visibility of its documents and ensure every type of communication produced meets security and compliance requirements. The scalable, cloud-based solution is easy to implement and did not require major IT intervention or resources to integrate with Mailtropolis’ existing systems. The unique tracking capabilities of the Impress platform offer Mailtropolis a perfect solution for serving its customers in the legal, insurance and medical sectors, where critical billing processes need to be efficient and accurate.

“Quadient is the perfect partner for a business the size of ours. Their training resources are top notch and they continue to provide the support needed to enable our success,” said Bob Heid, CEO, Mailtropolis. “Quadient Impress is the best choice for our business as it significantly decreases the time it takes to prepare our outbound communications and eliminates repetitive manual tasks. It is also speeding up our document delivery processes by making it possible to consolidate communications from multiple locations, which also saves money on postage.”

Mailtropolis plans to leverage Quadient Impress to expand its presence in medical billing and statement mailing outsourcing due to the capabilities the platform has to create detailed reports and show proof of content, production, mailing and delivery. Having a detailed audit trail is important for organizations legally bound to HIPAA, GLBA and other regulations.

“Quadient is proud and excited to help Mailtropolis expand its opportunities by automating its multi-channel document workflow,” said Nicolas de Beco, chief strategy and product, Intelligent Document Automation, Quadient. “Manual document preparation and delivery processes increase operational costs, lower employee productivity and engagement, and expose businesses to risk of human error. Quadient Impress eliminates repetitive and mundane manual document processes so businesses can focus on what matters the most.”
