Tharstern Recruits in US after Influx of New Customers

Press release from the issuing company

Print MIS provider Tharstern is hiring in North America to help with the growth of the business. Tharstern was founded 39 years ago in the UK and in 2015 they expanded into the North American market.

In the 7 years Tharstern have been working in the North American market, it has built up a strong customer base, including companies such as SunDance Marketing Solutions and Pezcuh Printing. Over the past two years, Tharstern has taken on a significant number of new customers which has led to recruiting a new member of the team.

“Over the past couple of years we’ve gained a considerable number of new customers in North America and we’re looking forward to expanding the team to help support that and our predicated future growth. We’re hiring a trainee Implementation Specialist, we know we’re still relatively new in the US market so we’re offering the right person extensive training in the Tharstern MIS so they can give our customers the support they need.” Lee Ward, CRO at Tharstern.

Each year Tharstern holds its annual INKspire event where Tharstern users are invited to attend and network with the Tharstern team. This year the event is being hosted over 3 days and includes sessions about new features, partner integrations with Aleyant, Avalara and Business Central and information on the upcoming plans for Tharstern. Over the past few years this has been put on hold due to travel restrictions, but the event returns this May in Atlanta.

“We’re really looking forward to the event in Atlanta and cannot wait to catch up with some familiar faces, as well as finally meeting some new Tharstern users in person. Since our last INKspire event we have developed new functionality and new features so we’re looking forward to showcasing them.

It’s been a long couple of years of not being able to travel and get round to visit everyone, so coming together for our user event will be fantastic.” Lee Ward, Tharstern CRO.
