Press release from the issuing company
Key objectives: Continued growth by enhancing products, serving customers and potential acquisitions
Wheaton IL. Aleyant, an innovative leader in providing robust software services to the graphic communications industry, today announced that Aleyant founder and former CEO Greg Salzman has returned to the company as CEO. Salzman retired from the company subsequent to its purchase by Lumine Group, a subsidiary of Volaris Group, to pursue an interest in software development with a different industry focus.
“When I retired from Aleyant, it was with mixed feelings,” Salzman said. “I am sure most company founders feel that way when they move on to other things, but I left the company in good hands. And its continued growth, even during the pandemic, is a testament to that. I’m excited to be back with the team and look forward to taking the company to the next level, both through enhancing our product portfolio and potentially through acquisitions as well. Lumine Group has been a supportive partner for the team and has brought a level of organizational maturity to the operations. I believe we are well positioned for the next growth stage, and I’m looking forward to getting to work!”
During his hiatus from Aleyant, Salzman founded Brand Wings, a sales enablement platform, with a partner. “In establishing Brand Wings and creating the software platform, I learned a great deal that will be transferrable back to Aleyant and help me be even more effective there,” Salzman said. “My partner will continue the Brand Wings business and ably support the customers we developed.”
“We are delighted to have Greg return to the company,” said Pedro Quintas, Subgroup Leader at Lumine Group. “During his absence, Aleyant continued to grow, even during the difficulties presented by the pandemic, and we thank the team for their strong efforts. Greg’s deep knowledge of the company, its products, its customers and its culture will serve us well as he returns to help us take Aleyant to a new, even more vibrant level.
