Ferndale, Michigan--Allied Printing Company is proud to announce the formation of a strategic senior management team comprised of members from their Operations, Marketing, and Information Services departments. The management team’s goal is to drive Allied forward through collaboration, automation, and innovation while delivering an exceptional customer experience across every aspect of their business.
The Allied management team will serve under the direction of Tony Pelc, Chief Operating Officer, and Elly Chichester, Chief Marketing Officer. They each have decades of experience working at Allied and developing strategic initiatives to promote transformation and growth.

Dave Hamilton, Vice President, Business Operations
New to Allied in 2022 but not new to the printing industry, Hamilton brings a fresh perspective to Allied operations and expertise in quality management. His mentality is client-first, and his in-depth knowledge of productivity strategies coupled with the ability to manage equipment, staffing, and technology will offer Allied’s customers more resources to meet their goals. Hamilton will be working with Andy Kaniuk to streamline operations for Allied.
Andy Kaniuk, Vice President, Manufacturing
Kaniuk has been with Allied since 2017. He is responsible for all operations, including Allied’s commercial print, digital, and direct mail divisions. Through Andy’s efforts, the company has grown its business and further positioned itself for expansion into the coming years. He’ll continue to lead the company’s print and mail divisions, and Allied customers will benefit from his decades of experience, attention to detail and quality, and the depth of expertise on his team.
Paul Galligan, Vice President, Information Services
Galligan joined Allied in 2021 with a rich history of printing, information technology, data services, and security. Galligan’s contributions allow Allied to offer new potential to clients in the digital marketing space. His expertise in developing websites, eCommerce sites, variable composition and programming, and workflow automation will accelerate customer initiatives and provide Allied with a technology road map for the future.
Kurt Kerttu, Vice President, Business Development and Marketing
Kerttu joined Allied in 2021, bringing nearly forty years of operational, quality control, printing, and enterprise marketing experience. He specializes in high-end marketing program development and execution across all printing and digital disciplines. Kerttu will work closely with operations, marketing, and data information services to creatively support customers with integrated marketing programs designed for maximum growth.
