Enfocus Software publishes the best-selling tools for powerful, rapid and accurate flow of PDF documents in graphic arts, internet, and ePaper markets. Enfocus Certified Workflow and Enfocus Certify PDF Unique Enfocus Certified Workflow technology provides unprecedented quality control of PDF files, especially in multi-company workflows. In a Certified Workflow the preflight profile and the preflight report are embedded into the PDF files; with files preflighted systematically at each save. The preflight status of the document is immediately shown to users when the files are opened. Certified Workflow also provides a detailed track of the editing history of the documents, and allows users to not only compare different processing, or work, sessions; but also permits "roll-back" to previous sessions. The new Certify PDF plug-in to Adobe Acrobat, released in January, is the core of Enfocus' Certified Workflow technology. It can be used both as a separate tool (mainly by Document Creators) and in conjunction with PitStop Professional and PowerUp, for users editing PDF files on a regular basis.
