Kiss Printhead-Aches Goodbye with the CAMI® Case Pro Printer

Press release from the issuing company

UV INK COMPATIBLE, HIGH RESOLUTION, PIEZOELECTRIC WITH INK RETURN AND ANTI-SHOCK ENGINE PROTECTION

Armonk, New York - Every operations director and maintenance manager knows the headache that comes from printers that leak, damaged printheads and engine failure. Automated Marking Inc. (AMI), a marking and coding solutions provider, is excited to announce the addition of the CAMI® Case Pro and CAMI Case Pro Plus inkjet printers for outer case coding applications.

The CAMI Case Pro enables users to print high resolution barcodes, graphics and text onto the usual porous corrugate, but this case coder stands out from the competition with the ability to run UV Curable inks. UV inks open the door to non-porous, coated corrugate substrates, chipboard, lumber, overwrap, etc.

Ray Garcia, National Director of Services for AMI, said “Having a machine that can accomplish multiple tasks increases efficiency and accuracy as well as reducing production downtime. These units will reduce cost by eliminating the need for labels, stickers, and pre-printed packaging and stock that takes up a large amount of space.” Garcia continued, “Add in the ability to have cloud integration with remote control and monitoring of multiple print systems via PC or smart phones, and it becomes a really powerful system.”

The printer comes in two printhead sizes, 18mm and 72mm, a large touchscreen controller, cartridge and bulk ink options, and has a small footprint. For more information, go to: https://automatedmarking.com/products/large-character/cami-case-pro-plus/
