ABG Marketing and Business Communications (ABG), Mira Loma, CA, announced today the strategic acquisition of Holden Graphic Services, Arlington, Texas.
Holden Graphic Services (Holden) has been producing high quality, custom printed business documents for over 68 years. Founded in 1940 as Holden Business Forms in Minneapolis, MN, the company changed its name to Holden Graphic Services in 1996 to reflect the diverse customer base and expanded capabilities of the company. Holden has become a leader in quality and customer satisfaction for high value, mission critical, print-based communications. With primary operations out of the production facility in Arlington, Texas, Holden has centralized offices in Chicago, Dallas, and Houston.
