Multiple promotions within the Technical Support Department further strengthen a group known for their knowledge and expertise on digital decoration equipment.

Indian Trail, NC USA – INNOVATIVE Digital System has recently appointed Fernando León as Technical Service Manager and Anthony Rubi as Senior Field Service Technician.

“Customer service and support continue to be our focus at IDS. Mr. León will not only continue to be a valuable resource for IDS customers, but he will also be responsible for the daily management and operation of the entire Technical Support team. From a strategic perspective, he will help develop equipment and process enhancements that continue to place IDS customers in a position to succeed.
