Mortsel, Belgium – The independent survey measures client experience across 18 key performance indicators for vendor neutral archiving solutions. Agfa HealthCare receives top user scores in 10 key performance indicators, over 19 competitors.

Each year, Black Book Market Research LLC carries out a customer and user satisfaction survey for vendor neutral archiving (VNA) software and imaging solutions. In 2021, Agfa HealthCare earned its third consecutive #1 client experience rating, beating out 19 VNA competitors on 10 key performance indicators.
