Geographics Partner with Tharstern as their New MIS Provider

Press release from the issuing company

Atlanta based commercial printer Geographics recently re-evaluated their MIS and selected Tharstern as their new partner.

Geographics decided to implement Tharstern due to it’s ability to provide them with ease of input and fast processing, which helps them provide the customer experience they want. The software demonstrations showed that they would be able to increase efficiency, partly through the elimination of previously implemented workarounds and fixes. Tharstern MIS was a better fit for many of the processes that created pain points for the company.

After reviewing 4 other MIS providers, Geographics were impressed by how thorough the Tharstern team were, “We were really impressed with the flexible estimating, how easy it was to collect data and the dynamic scheduling system. The really well-established integrations and partnerships with 3rd party providers were a huge positive for us too, we see this as a great asset towards being able to build a more inclusive ecosystem that prevents data silos and duplicate entry.” Norvin Hagan, Owner of Geographics.

Visibility into business performance was crucial for Geographics so they can see strengths, as well as areas they need to improve and room to grow. They want to be able to really utilize the talent and years of experience they have in the company by pivoting their focus towards the quality of outcomes instead of fighting with the input.

Geographics wanted a MIS that not only fits their process and products, but augments the production workflow with automation and controls, “Geographics are very focused on making sure they have a dependable output to accommodate their customers. At Tharstern we are big believers in providing a great customer experience. Our beliefs and goals were truly aligned with Geographics’, we knew we were on to a winning partnership to help them become a bionic printing business to benefit from both their talent and technology.” Ross Edwards, Customer Partnership Manager at Tharstern.
