Barbara Engle has been promoted to Senior Director of Education and New Centers. She will lead training initiatives and programs, as well as the New Center Business Consultant team, working to ensure the best start possible for all new FASTSIGNS franchisees. She first joined FASTSIGNS as a franchisee in 2011 in Buffalo, NY, taking an under-performing resale center to profitability and then selling it. She then joined the FASTSIGNS Corporate team as a New Center Business Consultant in 2017. Since 2019, Engle has held the role of Assistant Director of Operations. She will be combining her 10 years of FASTSIGNS experience, both as a former franchisee and on the Corporate team, to this newly created role. She has earned all required credits for the Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation and will receive her CFE at the February 2022 IFA Convention.
Grant Walker, who began his FASTSIGNS career at a young age while working at his family’s FASTSIGNS location, has been promoted to Director of Operations.
