Infigo Marks the Next Chapter of Business with a Fresh Look, New Website and Innovative Modules

Press release from the issuing company

Lindfield, England – There’s no doubt that the last 18 months have been challenging for all businesses. However, for Infigo, it’s also provided an opportunity to assess where we are as a business – particularly how far we have come over the last decade and our vision for the future.

In short, the events of the pandemic have brought home the importance of the values we practice day in, day out.

These are people, partnerships and simplicity.

We have always gone to great lengths to create a nurturing environment for our colleagues to thrive, provide world-class support for our customers and build powerful partnerships with the biggest software providers in print - all backed up by sophisticated technology that’s incredibly simple to use.

Regular feedback from staff, customers and partners, particularly over the last 18 months, reinforces that these values shine through in everything we do. However, we did not feel that they were clearly represented in our current identity.

Which is why we’re delighted to announce our relaunch as Infigo.

Formerly referred to as Infigo Software, we’ve launched a new brand, a new website and even more improvements to our core web-to-print platform.

We feel that this new identity perfectly encapsulates the solid foundations we have built over the last 10 years and our dedication to bringing powerful yet simple-to-use web-to-print technology to even more print businesses.

Rather than announcing an entirely new direction for Infigo, this is a statement about where we are now as a business, the solid base we have created for the future and our dedication to our values.

Douglas Gibson, Infigo’s CEO, says: “It’s been a challenging year for all of us but the impact of the pandemic and the accelerated adoption of e-commerce and web-to-print has meant we have never been busier. Since we launched back in 2010, we have grown considerably and needed to get our brand aligned to who we are now.

“As our partners and clients know, we are constantly pushing the envelope and have built a very solid base for the future. In short, we are here to stay. This is not just a new logo. It’s a completely new brand, which includes reinforcing our mission, vision and values which we practice within the business day in, day-out.”

The improvements are not limited to our brand, though. The product development team have been busy enhancing our current core platform, especially restructuring the interface to simplify the user experience and make way for exciting upcoming features, as well as developing new modules.

Currently being rolled out, Infigo Insights is a powerful new reporting engine that gives users up-to-the-second insight on everything - from income generated from specific clients to the most profitable products and regions. Powered by Metabase, users can create custom reports and dashboards to understand business performance and identify areas for improvement.

Launching soon, Infigo Invent will make it easier to build product templates on the storefront. Douglas explains: “We’re particularly excited about Invent, our new InDesign plugin. The tool massively speeds up the template creation process. Rather than building out a template in the browser from scratch, customers can create it in InDesign and import it to their Infigo storefront. From our testing, this is going to help save about 70 to 80% of the time it currently takes to set up a template.”

It’s no exaggeration to say that these are exciting times for Infigo, and with a strong base in place, an ever-expanding portfolio of customers and a busy development roadmap, Infigo is firmly established as a leading provider of web-to-print solutions.
