Xerox names Zapways.com as It's Online Print Exchange Partner

IRVINE, Calif.--Mar. 8, 2001 - As part of its aggressive move into the graphic arts market, Xerox Corporation (NYSE: XRX) has chosen Zapways.com a leading business services Web site, to develop, manage and host its online print exchange for facilitating and managing distributed printing over the Internet.
Under the strategic co-destiny agreement between the two companies, Zapways.com will serve as the provider and developer of back-end technology for Xerox's new xeroxgraphx.com, a Web site devoted to the company's major new initiative for the burgeoning graphic arts market.
The agreement underscores several announcements by Xerox in recent months about its commitment to the growing graphic arts industry, and reinforces the company's dedication to support this marketplace by leveraging the power and convenience of the Internet.
