Specialist Printing Community to Show its Resilience During the First Edition of Industrial Print Integration (IPI) in November 2021

Press release from the issuing company

ESMA, the European Specialist Printing Manufacturers Association, launches a new event for screen and digital printing in various manufacturing processes. The first edition of Industrial Print Integration (IPI) conference is scheduled to take place on 23-24 November 2021 in Neuss/Düsseldorf.

“The goal of Industrial Print Integration is to introduce industry partners to a world of new manufacturing possibilities. We want to show the adaptability of a number of print processes from large to small, from ultra-precision to high speed, from volume production to customisation and mass customisation”, says Peter Buttiens, CEO of ESMA.

IPI will bring together experts from all industrial print technologies to consult on best case options as well as to provide tips on new developments, allowing manufacturers to compare strengths and identify best practices. Screen and pad printing, inkjet, spray coating, as well as other jetting techniques are all welcome to offer their solutions to today’s market’s crucial issues, including:

Technology:
advanced industrial printing
industrial print precision
modular print components
industry 4.0 integration
high-level automatization
integration with robotics
Sustainability and environment:
energy consumption optimisation
reduction of emissions and waste
sustainable alternatives to non-print processes
Business-related concepts:
on-demand and low cost production
customisation and even personalisation
near-shoring and future business models

ESMA conferences have been promoting industrial print applications for almost 15 years now. Events such as GlassPrint, Advanced Functional & Industrial Printing, Printed Interior Decoration and Direct Container Print have been successfully showing the way for printing on glass, plastics, aluminium, textiles, ceramics, wood and other materials. Today, ESMA is building new bridges for specialised markets, helping them understand the advantages of print.

“Last year and a half were times of trial but also a period of change and inspiring innovation. Now the moment comes to send a positive message to the world and show the resilience of specialist printing. We remain optimistic about global developments and want to celebrate the return of physical meetings at IPI 2021”, announces Peter Buttiens.

The two-day multi-track conference will offer knowledge transfer of different technical level and will become the centre point between research and business, innovators, suppliers, integrators, brands and end-users who want to look at future steps in industrial printing. The conference will be complemented with a tabletop exhibition – a proven setting for education, interaction, networking and partnership opportunities.

Several dozen companies have already confirmed their enthusiasm and interest in presenting their last developments at IPI 2021, among them 3M, Agfa, Ardeje, ChemStream, ColorGATE, CST, Cyan-Tec, Encres Dubuit, Epta, Fuji Speciality Ink Systems, Global Inkjet Systems, Grünig, i4inkjet, Inkatronic, Integration Technology, Jonas Redmann, Lambda, Marabu, Meteor Inkjet, Momentive, Nano Dimension, Nor-Cote, Notion Systems, Pall, Printfactory, Prototype & Production Systems, SignTronic, SPS Technoscreen, Thieme.
