HERZLIA, Israel, Feb. 27 -- Scitex Corporation Ltd. (Nasdaq: SCIX) (TASE: SCIX) announced that Mr. Meir Shannie, CEO and President of Clal Industries and Investments Ltd., was today appointed to the Board of Directors of Scitex Corporation Ltd. and elected Chairman of the Board. Mr. Shannie succeeds Mr. Rimon Ben-Shaoul, who has stepped down from the Scitex Board following his appointment as Co-Chairman and President of Koonras Technologies Ltd.
