2/27/01 (WhatTheyThink) - According to sources familiar with MediaFlex, customers of their service will be transferred to another provider. As we reported in our weekend edition, MediaFlex will cease operations due to market conditions. The company expects to officially close by March 31st. MediaFlex is negotiating with potential merger and acquisition candidates and will announce their intentions soon. We were unable to confirm possible partner names, however the most likely company to serve current clients "will make MediaFlex's product even stronger, provide excellent customer service and continued technical support." MediaFlex recently released a new version of its solution, which enables communications professionals to effectively execute marketing campaigns.
